When Aidan was born, everyone thought he was a girl. And they treated him as such. His parents gave him a girl's name, his room was painted a girly pink, and he wore frilly clothes like other girls did. And none of it felt good. When he told them he was a boy, Aidan and his parents fixed the parts of his life that didn't fit anymore. But now his Mom and Dad are having another baby, and Aidan wants to help them prepare. He will make sure they do everything right this time. This means picking out the perfect name, the perfect room decor, and the perfect onesie. But what does "right" really mean? And what happens if he messes up? Maybe the most important thing he can do as a big brother is showing his new sibling how to love himself and how to love with his whole self.
